Starlight Inc. was incorporated in Ontario in January 2023. We work with a limited number of businesses at a time, on strategy, operations, and growth planning — always with direct access to the people doing the work, not a rotating cast of juniors.

Our background

Starlight Inc. is a registered Ontario corporation, incorporated under the Business Corporations Act. The company was formed to provide independent management and business consulting to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada.

We deliberately keep our client list small. Every engagement is led by the same people from the first working session through to the final checkpoint — no handoffs, no unfamiliar faces partway through.

Our advice is grounded in your actual operating numbers and how work really moves through your business, not in a generic framework applied the same way to every client.
